Terms and Conditions of Sale 

All items are ​warranted to be authentic (unless otherwise ​described), we do not offer returns unless item is determined to be not authentic.

All original items are for display purposes only and are not meant to be worn or used. 

Reproduction items are non-refundable.


Refunds of the sales price ONLY will be issued in the manner in which the payment was received minus costs which may include bank fees, PayPal fees, 4% charge for items paid using a credit card, etc.  

Errors and Omissions

We always do our best to ensure that every item is listed correctly and priced/photographed accurately.   

In the event an error does occur, we reserve the right to not process the sale. Thank you for your understanding!


Layaway is available for most items listed on this website. Standard terms require a 30% non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of requesting the hold and the entire balance must be paid off within 30 days. Please contact us to place an item on layaway or discuss other terms for high priced items. We are easy to work with, just ask! 

Items not paid for in full within the agreed time period will be returned to inventory and deposits will be forfeited as liquidated damages. 


We reserve the right to request alternative payment forms on some items and for buyers in some locations. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, checks/money orders, Venmo, etc. 

Please contact us prior to mailing any payments.   


We ship to all of the United States and territories as well as most countries.

As we cannot be responsible for any damages or losses incurred during transportation through any postal carrier, we highly recommend insurance for the full value of the item. We also understand that many people prefer to save on the expense. All items will be shipped with the standard postal insurance rate unless the buyer requests additional insurance. The buyer is responsible for requesting the additional insurance and commensurate cost.

Shipping generally occurs in 48-72 hours of receiving payment and tracking information will be sent as soon as the item is shipped. 

Small items are shipped USPS First Class while most larger items are shipped USPS Priority.


Hanna’s Militaria ships worldwide! However, shipping laws vary by country.

We do our best to keep up to date on the ever-changing import laws but it is the buyers responsibility to be aware as to the legality of their purchase, receipt and possession of some items we offer. Hanna’s Militaria is not responsible for any damages that arise from illegal shipping requests, whether they be direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential. We are not responsible for confiscation of items judged illegal in the potential recipient's country and/or locality. If an item is returned to us due to a ban on the import, a credit towards another item, minus actual incurred costs, fees, and other expenses related to the shipment. If the item is returned to inventory, a 15% restocking fee shall apply.  

Import/Custom taxes may be levied in the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. Details can be obtained at your local customs office.

After we receive your order, we will calculate your shipping cost and send you an email with the total and payment options. If insurance is requested, the additional charge will be incurred.

Sales Tax 

Sales tax will be charged where applicable based on the sales tax rate for the location of the buyer.

Sales of Knives & Firearms 

Any sales of edged weapons, knives or firearms are restricted to adults over the age of 18. Age verification is required at the time the order is placed.    


Items may be referred to as ‘Bronze’, ‘Silver’ or ‘Gold’ and that refers to the grade of the award and not the metal content unless described otherwise.
