This is the earliest known example of a station clock by Kienzle.

Marked Kienzle & N:390, as well as "Heereseigentum 1935". 

The hands have the original luminous (glow in the dark) paint and the clock is fully functional!

The below link is the foremost research document on these station clocks and the first paragraph highlights the rarity of this clock being dated as early as it is - it is a previously unknown dated example.

"In 1934 the Reichheer contracted Junghans based in Schramberg to produce the first duty clocks for use in radio stations. As the army grew, around 1937 other manufacturers became involved in the production of Funkeruhren: Kienzle, Tobias Beaurle & Söhne"
