This is by far one of the best maps I've ever seen. It's larger, measuring 43 inches by 31 inches.
This German Map of Ukraine has handwritten arrows showing either defenses or troops along with numbered markings I believe to be supply locations.
On the bottom of the map it says 'Grenzen innerhalb der Sowjetunion entsprechen dem Stand vor Dem 22.6.1941' 'Borders within the Soviet Union correspond to the status before June 22nd, 1941'
The map shows the borders prior to the Operation Barbarossa Invasion.
