This design is from the pre-1940 insignia the base is a blue/green cloth with a silver bullion cord around the oustide indicating that it was issued to an NCO.
Some American was nice enough to write 'Ordinance Corporal' on the back but that person was not me.
Excellect condition (other than the writing)
