This brooch was worn by women that worked for the Wehrmacht during the war in communications. It was worn on their black tie.
This one has lost it's enamal but it still extremely hard to find in any condition. The last two pictures are examples of the brooch as it would have originally looked and one in wear.
The reverse of this is initialed EZ.
