Product Overview
Original WW2 German leather saddle bag for motorcycle mounting (dispatch/sidecar-type motorcycles such as the BMW R75 or Zundapp KS 750). Heavy pebbled leather construction with steel mounting hardware, a buckled closure flap, and multiple retaining straps. The mounting panel is impressed with a manufacturer code reading "ddq" alongside the date "43" and a Wehrmacht stamp. Leather shows significant wear and drying consistent with age and hard field use, including cracking and a torn strap end; please see photos for exact condition. I bought these to have reproductions made based on them and never got around to it.
