Very nice left side medics pouch.
This is a quality heavy leather construction belt pouch intended exclusively for Medics in the field. Unique in that inside the lid is a full listing, on paper in German of the medical contents.
The interior has two ribbon raising straps for easy access to the contents at a time of need and the exterior is nicely stamped:
- 'L' on the back to indicate left side
- 'L+HV' on the front
