Product Overview
This model was one of the most widely used optical rangefinders in the German Wehrmacht during WWII. Entfernungsmesser 1-meter Raumbild 36 (1936) or "Em 1m R36" rangefinder.
This 1942 dated rangefinder was manufacturer by Saalfelder Apparatebau GmbH (code fwq) and is in excellent condition.
The optics are totally clear, the reticle photographed is in both eyepieces and all of the knobs appear to work, along with the piece that adjusts the width of the eye pieces. The strap is in excellent shape as well.
