This hard to find rucksack was only issued to Gebirgsjäger troops.
Dated 1940, the early aliminum hardware is beautifully Ritter stamped. The bag is in overall good condition, all of the leather straps and attachements are present and in great condition.
Similar to the Artillery Rucksack. The kl.Geb.Rucksack has the same body as the Ari.Ruck, but has a larger top flap that is usually trimmed with black leather (like the gr.Geb.Rucksack) and has sewn-in leather shoulder straps.
