Product Overview
This beautiful red colored bakelite case was made for military issue 6×30 binoculars (Dienstglas). The case in very good condition with no cracks or chips to the bakelite. The case itself is manufactured out of phenolic resin with shredded textile fibers as a filler material (a certain variant of bakelite). The front closure is marked FRN42 and has a prestoff pull tab.
